Frequently asked questions

Our classes are designed for students of all skill levels. No prior experience is required. Students will learn in groups of students with similar skill levels and experience. 

If you registered for an after-school class at your elementary school, the class will take on campus at a location announced by your student’s school on the first day of the program (typically the MPR or Lunch Tables).

If you registered for a private or small group class at the Brea Learning Center (BLC). Please refer to your confirmation email for the address.

If you registered for a Virtual Class, the class will take place virtually using ZOOM. Please refer to your confirmation email for the ZOOM code and information. 

No refunds are provided after the second class. We do not prorate or refund for missed classes. 

If you have registered for a class and it is before the second session, please reply to your confirmation with the word “REFUND” to begin the refund process. Any questions or concerns can be directed to michelle@asepsocal.org.

Review your confirmation email for details regarding the ZOOM code, password, and pre-class steps (if any).

All ZOOM codes can be found in your email confirmation. If you do not have access to your email confirmation, please contact info@asepsocal.org. Please note that emails sent too close to class time may not be answered.
